We produce small steam turbines YUTRON from 100 kW to 6000kVt. We have steam manufacturer since 1998year. The steam turbine manufactur is located in the machine-tool plant in Belarus , Minsk, Mashinostroiteley, 29, 204, Group of companies TURBOPAR. Micro steam turbines 100 - 1000 kW, are intended for the disposal of excess energy of the steam is an effective measure to save energy. Up to 1 MW steam turbine is also known as low-pressure steam turbine or micro steam turbine.

You can use micro steam turbines in technology, with most boilers and with the help of expansion in the turbine to produce additional energy producing heat and electricity.

Small steam turbines of electric power 1000kW - 6000kW

Our company produces the following types of small steam turbines:
• condensing steam turbine (can be 1 - 2 of controlled selection process or district heating needs of the enterprise)
• backpressure steam turbine (also can be selected)

Condensing steam turbine of up to 1000kW 6000kW serve to generate the maximum possible electricity. After steam turbine, steam goes to condenser, in which it cooled by heat exchange with circulating water, cooling pond, cooling tower or reservoir by pipeline goes back to the boiler unit.

Backpressure steam turbine of up to 1000kvt 6000kvt used for simultaneous production of electricity and heat. But the main end product of such turbines - heat. All the exhaust steam is used for process or district heating purposes. The electrical power developed by turbine with a steam turbine, depending on the needs of production or heating system in a heating steam andchanging along with it.

In turbines with controlled extraction of the steam is discharged from one or two intermediate steps. Bled steam pressure is maintained within the prescribed limits of the system of regulation. Location selection (stage turbine) is selected depending on the desired parameters of steam.
